Grouper Dinner (Clean Eating)

Grouper, Green Beans and Portobello Mushrooms

Add a little taste of your own to the grouper! I tend to use a red pepper blend, onion powder, garlic blend, black pepper and a pinch of Himalayan salt. You can also use all of these spices on the mushrooms. Add maybe half a teaspoon of coconut oil to the green beans for some extra healthy fats.

Sear the grouper on med/hi heat until the meat starts to separate, this usually takes 12-18 minutes (depending on thickness of filets).

To prepare the mushrooms, cut portobello cap into thin slices. Add 1/2 table spoon of coconut oil to the pan before adding the mushrooms. Next, add mushrooms to the pan and season with your favorite spices. After seasoning is added flip mushrooms every 5 min until they are to your desired taste.

If you don't like this nice little quick dinner, you have need to get your taste buds checked!
  • 6 oz of grouper
  • 1 bag organic green beans
  • 1 portobello cap sliced thinly and seasoned to taste
