Clean Eating Breakfast (Bell Peppers And Egg Whites)
So I have to admit that I hate veggies for breakfast but this right here is one way to add them in with ease! Slice bell peppers thinly, add coconut oil to pan, place bell peppers in oil, pour in egg whites right away and cook evenly on both sides. <> It's that easy!!!!!

2% Cheddar Cheese
1 Ezekiel Muffin
Spray pan with coconut oil spray before cooking.
