P90X3 - 2 Week Transformation

Check out this 2 week transformation: 
-18lbs in 14 Days and its only the beginning. 
This person is actually one of my close childhood friends. He committed to do P90X3 and Shakeology for at least 90 days. His goal is to get down to 220lb's and he started out at 275lbs. I told him his new goal is to get below 200lbs.
