Tuna Broccoli and Brown Rice

3 Minute Meal!
This may seem a little strange, but I got this super easy snack idea from my sweet friend Kirby Crockett and I still eat it as a snack often!! smile emoticon

Ingredients
1 serving size pack of tuna (in water)
1/2 of a single size serving of 60 second brown rice (in single serving containers)
1 serving of broccoli
Seasoned with pink himalayin salt, pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce.

What to do:
Heat 60 second rice (single serving) -- use only 1/2 of the container
Mix pack of tuna
Steam Broccoli, season with pink Himalayan salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Mix together, and add hot sauce to taste.
