Shakeology Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Sometimes a girl just needs some CAKE!!!  But, if you're anything like gain weight just LOOKING at cake--eeekkkk!  

Living a healthy lifestyle isn't about depriving yourself.  I do have my weekly cheat meal...but, today isn't my cheat meal, I had to improvise.  This healthy chocolate peanut butter mug cake hit the spot :)


1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 TBS of powdered PB2
1 Egg
4 TBS almond milk
1 TBS All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Honey
Pinch of Sea Salt

What to do:

Mix Shakeology, PB2, and Sea Salt in a mug.  Add egg and almond milk and stir until you have a cake batter consistency.  Add Peanut Butter to top and drizzle Honey.

Microwave for about 70 seconds and enjoy :)

  1. You want to get fit. But you don't want to join a health club -- it's too expensive, there's no gym convenient to you, or maybe you're just the independent type. Or perhaps you're already a gym member, but your schedule has been too manic for you to get away. Shakeology is new product. Get fit with him !
