Hi Lindsey =] I'm following your meal plan this week and I see that there is only one yellow every day and there are some other containers missing as well. I was just checking to see if the bottom row might have been cut off the calendar or if I should just add to what you already have. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHey there! Sorry I missed this comment! I typically try to put 1 yellow on my meal plans. I'm sedentary (aside from my 30min workout) on the days I work from home, and my body is sensitive to yellows. I double my yellows on the days I am more active. Hope this helps!
