Peanut Butter Strawberry Oatmeal - 21 Day Fix Extreme Approved Breakfast Idea

THIS 21 Day Fix Extreme breakfast recipe is a keeper...even after the fix is over!!  It's soooo filling I almost couldn't finish it!!  For the last 2 days I've been following the "Countdown to Competition" meal plan.  Today is my first day following a 21 Day Fix Extreme meal plan.  I think I'm going to begin loving Wednesdays and Sundays!! :)

OH...and, I'm officially down 2lbs within the last TWO days.  YAY!

What's in it?
1 Yellow: Steal Cut Oats
1 Purple: Sliced Strawberries
1 tsp: All Natural Peanut Butter

Spicy Chicken Veggie Lettuce Wraps - 21 Day Fix Extreme Approved Lunch Idea

I veered off of the 21 Day Fix Extreme "Countdown to Competition" Meal plan I created yesterday...the thought of steamed veggies wasn't doing it for me ;)  This easy chicken recipe idea was yummmyyyy.

So, here we go!



Spicy Chicken Veggie Lettuce Wraps - 
21 Day Fix Extreme "Countdown to Competition" approved lunch idea!!

Ingredients:
2 Romaine lettuce leaves
Carrots
onion
= (1 GREEN)
Easy Prep Chicken
= (1 RED)
Tobasco Sauce
which is a FREEBIE on this plan! :)

You may add other veggies like peppers, cucumbers, jalapeƱos, etc...but, remember tomatoes are considered a PURPLE container which doesn't fit into 5 out of 7 days of the "Countdown to Competition" meal plan.
