Pre-workout Snack 1/2 Banana with All Natural Peanut Butter

One of my all time fav pre-workout snacks is super simple!!  

This is all you need:
-Half Banana
-1 1/2tsp of All Natural, No sugar added Peanut Butter
(Good carbs + Healthy fat = Energy and Stamina!!)
