CORE DE FORCE - Meal Plan and Grocery List - Week 1

New workout program and nutrition plan = FRESH START!  I plan to stick to this baby 100% so I can see some quick results and EARN my Thanksgiving feast!! ;)

NOTE:  Many of the Lunches are Dinner Leftovers...so make sure you double the recipes if you see the same thing for lunch the next day!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken on Salad
Chicken Marsala
